Our user-friendly mobile app, known as the BTC Broadband Wi-Fi app, allows you to manage and control every aspect of your internet experience. In a few simple clicks, you can easily perform functions like:

• Reset your Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password
• Run bandwidth tests to monitor network performance
• View and assign connected devices to profiles, places, and/or priority networks
• Create guest, work-from-home, or custom wireless networks
• Add new devices to the network quickly
• Set parental controls and view advanced security options

Downloading the app helps you reduce most support-related calls by giving you direct access to immediately email tech support.

Mobile Notifications

The mobile notification option that is built into the app lets you choose if you’d like to receive important push notifications directly to your phone.

Downloading the App

The BTC Broadband Wi-Fi App is available for free on both the App Store and Google Play. Once you download the app, you’ll need to create a new account and follow the on-screen prompts to log in. It’s that simple!
